Welcome to Rabwah App. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using the Rabwah App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Rabwah App. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Account Registration To use certain features of the app, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or servers or networks connected to the app.
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the app.

2. Services Provided

Rabwah App offers the following services:

• Traveling services similar to those offered by Uber.
• Food delivery from local restaurants and food points.
• Marriage hall reservations.
• Tourism packages in Rabwah (Chenab Nagar).

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 Payment Terms By using the services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, including any applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted will be specified in the app.

3.2 Refunds All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as determined by Rabwah App in its sole discretion.

4. User Content

You may be able to post, upload, or submit content, including reviews and feedback. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By posting content, you grant Rabwah App a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabwah App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rabwah App, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Rabwah App reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
